he organizer of the conference is the Norwegian Association of Appraisers and Surveyors. 23 foreign representatives and 38 Norwegian experts in the field of evaluation will take part in the event.Among the invited foreign delegates to the conference are Deputy Director General of the National Cadastre Agency of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus Dmitry Ritvinsky.

In addition to discussing the differences, the subtleties of the definition and the methodology of investment and market value, the main topics of the 27th Baltic Assessment Conference are also questions of automated assessment models, existing opportunities or threats for the valuation community.

The adapted experience of foreign countries, their information technology and methodological approaches in the field of improvement of appraisal activity, strengthening of contacts of international cooperation is planned to be used in practical activities when realizing works on real estate objects in Belarus.
