Disposal of state property

The State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus carries out a unified state policy on the disposal of state property owned by the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of land, mineral resources, other natural resources, housing, and other property determined by law.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 294 "On the procedure for disposing of state property," under the disposal of state property are understood:
• alienation in accordance with the established procedure at an auction, by tender, without holding an auction or a tender, including for the implementation of an investment project;
• transfer for free use;
• transfer to trust management;
• transfer without transferring ownership rights (transfer of property to operational management or economic management of a state legal entity on a paid or gratuitous basis, not related to the termination of the right of republican or communal property, including transfer to the ownership and disposal of the State Committee on Property of shares (stakes in the authorized fund) of companies, owned by the Republic of Belarus and the operational management and economic management of national Legal Aid FIR persons).
State property means property assigned to the republican and municipal legal entities, including state bodies, on the right of operational management, economic management, the treasury of the Republic of Belarus and administrative-territorial units, as well as property recognized by the state in accordance with legislation and international treaties The Republic of Belarus.
