The State Committee on Property (the customer of the work) invites potential contractors in the field of informatization, information and communication technologies and telecommunications to participate in an open competition for the development of experimental work:
«Transfer of administrative procedures in the field of state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, carried out in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, into an electronic form of interaction, in particular: modernization of the Automated information system for maintaining a unified state register of real estate, rights to it and transactions with him, providing processing and keeping of administrative decisions, otherwise participating in the implementation of administrative procedure»
(within the framework of subparagraph 27.3 of measure 27 «Automation of administrative procedures for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs» of the State Program for the Development of the Digital Economy and Information Society for 2016 - 2020).
The corresponding open tender (in electronic form) auc0000024268 was announced as the sole organizer of public procurement procedures in the areas of informatization, information and communication technologies and telecommunications by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization on 29 November 2019 on the electronic trading platform www.goszakupki.by
of the National Center for Marketing and Price Study.
The total estimated cost of the purchase is 306 000 BYN.
The deadline for accepting proposals is 15 December 2019.
