Belarusian appraisers in Georgia will get acquainted with new theories and approaches in international practice of solutions to the most relevant professional tasks
June 22-23, 2017 the delegation of members of the Association of Appraisal Organizations of Belarus (AAO) will participate in the II Georgian International Conference "International Assessment Practices" in Tbilisi.
The organizer of the conference is the Georgian Society of Independent Appraisers, a partner of the AAO. Appraisers, representatives of professional international public organizations of appraisers (Western and Eastern Europe, CIS countries, America), representatives of commercial banks and state structures of Georgia, representatives of the Big Four, etc. were invited to participate in the conference. The purpose of the conference is to discuss and exchange international experience in the development of appraisal activity in the field of business and real estate appraisal, pledging in a bank, alienation and for the purposes of financial reporting, valuation of cultural heritage sites, and evaluation of real estate for agricultural purposes. Attention of the conference participants will also be an overview of the changes in the new edition of the International Valuation Standards (IVS 2017). The Belarusian national community of appraisers will be represented by Svetlana Yurenya (Association of Appraisal Organizations), Inessa Padunovich (IPM Consult Consulting), Lyubov Sayapina (RUE "Institute for Real Estate and Appraisal of the State Committee on Property), Bogdan Begeza (UE" Project Institute Brestgiprozem "of the State Committee on Property). Lyubov Sayapina will make a report on the topic "Specific Features of Independent Evaluation and Examination of Validity of Property Valuation in the Republic of Belarus".
