The Twinning project “Strengthening the Capacity for Geospatial Data Management and Ensuring their Interoperability by the National Cadastral Agency”, coordinated by the State Property Committee, is a consulting project within the framework of the European Union's Eastern Partnership initiative.

The EU will allocate about 1.2 million EUR for its implementation,, the funds will go to pay for the work of representatives of European companies. These projects are to be implemented for 2019–2020. All information on its implementation will be open after registration of the Twinning project.
The European Commission supported the NCA's desire to expand its ability to rationally and efficiently manage spatial data in accordance with the principles of interoperability.

The goal of the project is to strengthen the geospatial data management capacity and ensure their interoperability of the National Cadastral Agency, which will further expand the capabilities of the National Cadastral Agency of the State Property Committee in the rational and effective management of spatial data in accordance with the principles of interoperability.

It is also expected that the management of geospatial data in accordance with the EU Technical Directives will in turn increase the efficiency of using spatial data not only in the NCA, but also in other state organizations and local executive bodies, including the topographic and geodetic enterprise Belgeodesia, for land management and a wide range of other goals.

Spain and the Netherlands Specialists will take part in the project from the EU. Four main results should be achieved according to the results of the Twinning project:
