Representatives of the National Cadastral Agency of the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus participate in a seminar in the Republic of Latvia "Mass Assessment. Exchange of experience in the field of mass land evaluation"

The seminar is held from 17 to 20 July 2017 in Riga (the Republic of Latvia) and organized by the Latvian side to exchange experience in the field of cadastral valuation of real estate between the State Land Service of the Republic of Latvia and State Unitary Enterprise "National Cadastre Agency" of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

Within the framework of the seminar, the parties will present cadastral valuation systems for real estate, formed in neighboring states. Discuss the prospects for their development and the planned changes

The specialists of the two countries will study the systems of collection, accumulation, statistical processing, systematization and analysis of information necessary for the purposes of cadastral valuation, software used, GIS applications, approaches to zoning of territories.

The issue of building a system of interaction between suppliers of basic (basic) information (data of operating services, local governments, other interested parties) is given a special focus for Belarus, both from Latvian speakers and from a joint discussion at the round table.

One of the promising areas of alternative actualization of information about real estate in the Republic of Latvia is the system of declaring by owners of the actual characteristics of their real estate. The genuine interest of Latvian colleagues in this issue was noted in December last year at the international conference "Mass registration and mass valuation of real estate."
